Learning how to deal with disappointment is critical for children. Sporting events such as the Faction Carnival and athletics training provides an ideal situation for children to practise responding to not being first and not performing as they had hoped and then dealing with the disappointment. 

This semester our focus switches from Design Technology to Digital Technology across the school. At FRPS we follow a scope and sequence aligned to the WA Curriculum which enables us to focus on specific skills in different classes.
